And sitting underneath that number is something nobody put in the headline: a tool called Connect that hands a self-custodial wallet to a local Claude Code or Codex session. Read it again. Your coding agent can now trade Polymarket. No Pearl app, no guardrails, no handshake. The code didn't wait for a UI. It just got a private key and a settlement rail. That's not a product update. That's a new class of actor walking into prediction markets with USDC in its pocket and xDAI under the hood.
Olas isn't new. It used to be Autonolas — one of those infrastructure names that lived in governance forums and staking dashboards while everyone else chased memecoins. The pitch was always agent infrastructure: build autonomous services, let them coordinate, let them transact. For a long time that pitch was vapor wrapped in a whitepaper.
